For those of us that grew up on the 'Japanese man dressed up in a rubber suit' version of Godzilla back in the day this short clip from the Japanese comedy film 'Always Zoku Sanchome no Yuhi' (which translates as Always: Sunset on Third Street 2) has a wicked little ending to it that you'll love (it's from a dream sequence in the film just FYI).
I honestly think that this version of Godzilla translates the best to screens and judging by the effort given in this short sequence (forget the human element for a second) I can really see it working in a big budget Hollywood movie. Why the hell the design was changed for Rolan Emmerich's 1998 reboot is beyond me...
