Being a massive James Bond fan I was sad to hear that the movie series' main composer John Barry passed away last Sunday from a heart attack aged 77... John produced 11 of the film's famous tunes as well as many other scores and helped to embellish the main Bond theme over the years which was originally credited to Monty Norman.
