The other day I posted up a teaser trailer for the new Cars 2 sequel and the news that this was just the first of an ongoing sequel bonanza from Pixar animation studios after news leaked last year that both The Incredibles and Monsters Inc would getting their follow-up films in the next few years too.
It may well be a rumour at this point but recent news on the web states that Monsters Inc 2 will now actually be a prequel to the original movie (seeing as scaring was swapped for laughing at the end of the last film and there wasn't a lot to do with a laughing-child based storyline for monsters) and will feature James P. "Sulley" Sullivan (John Goodman) and Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal) during their days at the University of Fear. Apparently their college days first saw them as enemies before they became friends!
Can't wait! :P
